Do you ever offer discounts?

Yes. Some websites are done pro bono publico. Registered charities often receive a 15% discount. I also provide a discounted rate for bulk/multiple-tiered projects. Please contact me if you would like more details on this.

Are you reliable?

Yes! And clear in regards to communication. I invite you to read reviews left by previous clients here. I normally respond to emails very quickly, and if I’m away for any length of time, I will let my clients know. All projects are always delivered on time (if not before).

Does your portfolio always reflect your original design for the client?

Not always due to the fact that full ownership and credentials are handed over to the client. Some clients like to tinker and design.

Why do we love WordPress?

We’re convinced that it’s one of the best software systems in the world. WordPress is now the most widespread CMS (content management systems) across the globe.

Can we hire you for set days each week and month?

Yes, you can. It’s possible to pay a fixed retainer to book certain days out for every week and month. Retainers are booked out in 3-month slots and payable upfront. Please contact me for the latest prices.

Will you meet with us or work on-site?

Currently I’m working from my home office. This is to ensure personal safety as well as availability for all clients as and when they need me.

Do you charge by the hour?

I can, but I tend to work on fixed costs. Hourly rate ($65) can be charged with an agreement in place.
